La peticionaria indica que es preciso que la Corte Constitucional precise el alcance de la sentencia C-019/15, aclarando las consideraciones esbozadas en ella.
Para la Corte, lo que pretende la memorialista es que la Corporación determine la vigencia del Decreto 1214 de 1990 y las diferentes definiciones de familia existentes en varias normas dirigidas a distintas categorías de personal de las Fuerzas Militares y de la Policía Nacional.
